    The Tulsa City-County Library (TCCL) offers the public free access to Federal Government information in print, microform and electronic formats. As a participant in the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP), TCCL follows the principle of free access governing use of depository materials as provided in Section of Ti United States.   The USF Tampa Library is a depository for a wide range of federal and state government publications. The USF Tampa Library was designated as a Federal Depository Library in and selects, acquires, and organizes approximately 55 percent of the government publications that are issued by the U.S. Government Printing Office.
